1. Order Acceptance

All custom orders require deposit confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service.

2. Custom Creations

  • Handcrafted slippers cannot be canceled after 72 hours
  • Material substitutions may occur with prior approval
  • Exact color matching not guaranteed for natural leathers

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices in USD (exclusive of VAT/duties)
  • Payment plans available (3-12 months via Klarna)
  • 50% deposit required for made-to-order items

4. Shipping & Customs

  • Signature required for all deliveries
  • International customers responsible for:
    ✓ Import duties
    ✓ Customs clearance delays

5. Care & Maintenance

  • Lifetime craftsmanship warranty (excludes normal wear)
  • Professional cleaning recommended annually
  • Damage from improper care voids warranties

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and stitching techniques are protected. Reproduction prohibited.

7. Liability Limits

Not responsible for:
• Color variations in natural materials
• Sizing issues from incorrect measurements
• Transit delays during peak seasons
